Your impact
As a Senior TypeScript Developer on the LoadRunner team at OpenText, you will be a key player in designing and developing scalable, high-performance testing solutions used by businesses worldwide. Your expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, and browser technologies will help drive innovation in system behavior and performance testing. You will also contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring technical excellence and best practices within the engineering team.
What the role offers
Lead the design and development of high-performance enterprise testing solutions.Work with TypeScript and C++ to build robust, scalable applications.Solve complex challenges related to HTTP(S), WebSockets, and API integrations.Gain deep knowledge of browser technologies (Edge, Chrome, Firefox).Collaborate with global R&D teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution.Contribute to new product development in a fast-paced Agile environment.
What you need to succeed
4+ years of experience in software development with a strong JavaScript/TypeScript background.Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, multi-threading, and design patterns.Experience with HTTP(S), WebSockets, and API development.Familiarity with C++ (nice to have).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with adaptability to new technologies.Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a continuous learning mindset.Experience with test-driven development and frameworks like JUnit and Selenium.Ability to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with precision.
