Senior Treasury Analyst
**Description** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team. The successful candidate will be able to support the Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer with analysis and presentation of various Treasury activities. **_Note:_** **Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.** **The Role:** + **Support of funding and capital markets activities.** Work with Treasury management and other functions including Legal, Finance and Tax to support debt capital markets activity, ongoing debt compliance, credit facility renewals and Rating Agency relationships. + **Intercompany borrowing and lending transactions involving North American entities:** Work with in-house bank and tax colleagues to manage intercompany borrowing and lending activities for North America + **Analysis and execution support for dividends and stock repurchase programs** + **Process Improvement:** Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of treasury operations. + **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to treasury activities. **Qualifications** **The Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CTP) is preferred. + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field. + Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and risk management techniques. + Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint software + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. + High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Compensation and Benefits:** Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.
