Senior Treasury Analyst
**Senior Treasury Analyst** **Location:** Exton, PA – Office based or hybrid **Position Summary:** The Senior Treasury Analyst within the Global Treasury Department plays a crucial role in supporting the organization to optimize liquidity, mitigate financial risk, and support strategic decision-making in various countries and currencies. **This position will assist with cash management, capital allocation, reporting & forecasting, and will support the Treasury Operations team as needed. The Senior Treasury Analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders, financial institutions, and senior management to develop and implement effective treasury strategies that drive sustainable growth and profitability.** This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial markets and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and in a team environment, and a proactive mindset towards continuous improvement in treasury processes and procedures. **Your Day-to-Day:** + **Documentation and Reporting:** + Development and Maintenance of Global Treasury reporting package and supporting documentation + Support global reporting and review of Cash, Debt, and Fx/Interest Rate Risk + Maintenance of Bank Account and Signer inventory to support Federal reporting requirements + Oversee intercompany loan portfolio + Assist in the gathering, review and submission of Insurance renewal and audit processes + **Cash Management:** + Monitor and analyze the Company’s daily cash position to cover cash commitments and coordinate/optimize the short-term borrowing or investments + Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the global cash position + Assist with short and long-term intercompany settlements and associated Fx transactions + Develop, monitor and analyze bank fees including credit card and cash management expenses + **Compliance and Regulations:** + Support the review and maintenance of treasury policies and procedures + Prepare, review and maintain SOX compliance to ensure proper controls exist over cash receipts, disbursements and general Treasury activities + Provides information in connection with the external and internal audits and monitors cash management activities to ensure compliance + Complete Know Your Customer reporting requirements for financial institutions + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** + Collaborate with business partners and finance/accounting leadership to develop and maintain forecast cash flow reporting, identify related borrowing needs or funds available for investment, and overall liquidity planning + Coordinate with Tax, Legal, Treasury Operations to manage documentation of Intercompany Loans, interest rates, and related equity transactions + Work with Treasury management to maintain and rationalize the company’s choice of key global banks including the analysis of bank fee structures, services, relationships, credit levels and counterparty credit quality/exposure + **Process Improvement:** + Research and advise on Global Treasury policies and procedures + Provide backup assistance to Treasury Operations Team as needed + Assist other departments with quarter-end and ad hoc information requests as needed + Lead and assist with Treasury projects and initiatives **What You Bring to The Team:** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
