+ Manage the existing set of partners and work with the client in undertaking timely renewals.
+ Create a pipeline for prospective partners to bring into vacant spaces within the portfolio.
+ Advising the client on new concepts and uses of their portfolio.
+ Work closely with the site operations teams for onboarding new partners.
+ Collaboration with the stakeholders at the client’s end to set and achieve RE objectives, and provide RE lens/inputs into Network Planning and other client operations.
+ Provide account governance and CRM, including regular performance reporting and KPI scores.
+ Proactively bring business acumen and RE insights to identify opportunities, value and risk.
+ Collaborate with the global team on reporting and share learnings, best practices and projects within the marker unit lead community.
+ The role will also be accountable for actively developing pipeline for brands through networking and leveraging on various business lines within CBRE. As the lead, play a vital role on lead generation/ pipeline building which involves cold calling as well as deal strategizing. The Transaction Manager will also play a critical role in providing constructive feedback from the market back to the client during pitching and negotiation of deals. On-site discussion and site surveys are essential as part of understanding the site conditions, limitations for proposal making.
**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILS**
+ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year College or University and a minimum of 10 years of real estate and/or retail leasing experience will be ideal
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in business English
+ Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
+ Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Internet navigational skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills
+ Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Experience in sales/ project management is a plus.
+ Good network good network within the built environment, including but not limited to REITS, developers, Govt. agencies will be considered beneficial
