Senior Trade Specialist | HVAC | Refrigeration

We have an opportunity for you as a HVAC Senior Trade Specialist. This position is responsible for delivering expert general facilities support focused on grocery and supermarket clients. Heavy emphasis on refrigeration, heat recovery, controls, electrical, and plumbing trades. Experienced trade knowledge and background to evaluate complicated work tasks for clients with multiple locations requiring service or projects, and quotable work where the scope goes beyond normal repairs.

Requirements

10+ years of trade experience including ability to support multiple trades Supervisory abilities/previous management experience 5+ year(s) of price negotiation and profitable proposal creation5+ year(s) of customer service experience, recruitment or inside sales experience, price negotiation, profitable proposal creation Ability to maintain professional relationships with vendors and customers Strong understanding of facilities maintenance issues

Education Requirement

High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor’s (4 years) Degree preferred Trade license a plus
