Senior Test Architect with Leadership skills (Architect II - Software Testing)

We are seeking an experienced Test Architect with strong managerial capabilities and a proven track record in client-facing roles. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in test automation strategies and test management, combined with exceptional leadership and communication skills. This role requires working closely with development and testing teams to ensure the highest quality outcomes for our client organizations.

The Role:

Develop and drive comprehensive test automation strategies aligned with client objectives. Lead the creation, implementation, and maintenance of test automation frameworks to ensure efficiency and scalability. Provide technical direction for QA initiatives, setting the standard for quality assurance processes and methodologies. Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in test automation and quality assurance Act as the primary point of contact for client organizations, ensuring their quality objectives are met and exceeded. Work closely with development teams to integrate testing into the development lifecycle and facilitate seamless collaboration. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, identify risks, and design mitigation strategies Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting to ensure high-quality software delivery. Define and implement best practices for testing, including automation, performance testing, and manual testing where needed. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the testing process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

What you will bring:

Minimum of 10 years in QA and test automation, with at least 5 years in a leadership or Test Architect role. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients, understand their requirements, and translate them into actionable QA objectives. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven experience in test automation strategies, including hands-on development of automation frameworks. Strong knowledge of test management tools and methodologies. Experience with industry-standard test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring QA teams. Ability to set clear technical direction and motivate teams to achieve shared goals. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
