About your manager

We are excited to introduce Lubos Ryba as the Director of our Telco & Media team. Lubos brings over two decades of experience in technology and consulting. At T-Mobile, he led IT Business Consultancy, overseeing IT Strategy, Innovations, and IT Billing, Rating, and Invoicing Services. He also held international IT roles at Deutsche Telekom. After T-Mobile, Lubos spent 7 years as the Director of Consulting Services at CGI. His certification as a coach and his blend of leadership and technical expertise make him ideal for guiding our team to new heights.

Working on projects for customers from the Telecommunications/Media sector

You will be a counterpart for the client in solving major issues and tasks in their IT domain. It will be advantageous, if you also understand the Telecommunications/Media business, as IT and business are more and more interconnected

Coordinating the assigned project teams and guiding junior colleagues within your area of expertise

Proactive and savvy participation in new business development (up-selling on current projects, pre-sale and offering creation for new business opportunities)

Requirements of the role

5-15 years of experience within a multinational or local Technology firm (Telecommunications/Media Consultancy background preferred)

Experience and proven track record in delivering projects with a strong technology component

Strong knowledge of Project Management methodology

Strong knowledge of the Business processes within the Telco/Media industry

Advanced user of MS Office package (Excel, PPT, Word)

Excellent analytical thinking, quick-learner, strong attention to details

Great communication abilities

Team player

Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak
