What you`ll do

 

We are looking for an experienced Senior User Assistance Developer to work on a new and exciting cloud offering.

 

As a Senior User Assistance Developer in the Cloud Data user assistance team, you’ll create clear, concise, customer-facing admin and developer documentation so that our customers can use and implement our products to their advantage. In addition, you’ll get a chance to define and maintain terminology, provide multimedia deliverables, such as comprehensive diagrams, videos, tutorials, and author troubleshooting content.
 

To perform these tasks, you’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, gather actionable feedback and master data-driven content creation.

 

What you bring

 

4-6 years of experience in information development, technical writing, support, or other forms of content development  Extensive experience in technical writing along with experience in documenting end-2-end user experiences Ability to express complex technical information in a clear and precise manner Ideally first-language proficiency in English, or excellent written and spoken skills in English Outstanding communication, writing, and grammar skills The ability to work within tight deadlines, deliver on time, and ensure high quality  Flexibility and a readiness to communicate with other team members Excellent organizational skills
