EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Technical qualification e.g. as Fitter; Boiler maker Assessor certificate Train the Trainer certificate Moderator Training certificate TMM (Trackless Mobile Machinery) experience is non-negotiable. Both surface and underground. 5 years experience maintaining mining technical equipment 2-3 years experience in facilitating training Responsibilities
Develop training programs for operators of primary and secondary mining technical equipment and for technicians and those responsible for the maintenance of mining technical equipment Implement newly-developed mining technical training programs Assist in the implementation of the Training Centre’s basic skills training program Assist in the implementation of the Training Centre’s basic skills training program Function as a subject matter expert on mining technical machinery and equipment Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation Monitor costs or expenses to achieve cost efficiencies and reduce waste Adhere to and improve reporting processes for the area of responsibility
