Your role and responsibilities

高级培训专员的主要职责是针对业务内部以及外部合作伙伴，在职能培训和能力提升方面，提供并设计有针对性的解决方案，其中包括，业务问题诊断，根据能力要求设计学习计划、提供针对性的内部和外部的培训资源。与 ABB EL Academy 密切沟通和配合、将Global 的项目本地化并有效实施。以高质量的培训影响并推动人员能力提升和业务绩效发展。Senior training expert/specialist is serving as member of EL China training team, the main role is to design the learning program based on identified capability gaps, select the relevant resources and manage the deployment to the client, the scope includes technical, commercial knowhow & selling skill trainings etc. In addition, extend the training support to business partners and customers, drive business growth through partnership and loyalty enhancement1.\t根据业务发展目标，搭建和完善相适应的职能培训的体系，2.\t针对业务的痛点和需求，设计学习项目的解决方案3.\t配合培训总部，落实项目的本地化及实施， 4.\t在业务内建立内训师体系以及分享和学习的文化5.\t培训的实施，分析培训数据， 推动学员在每个培训项目中的完成率以及吸收率6.\t运用学习平台制作学习路径，培训课件，提供学员生动和有效的学习体验1. According to business needs, constantly building up functional training structure 2. identify capability gaps, designing learning program to address the needs；3. working close with EL Academy to localize and deploy the global training to region, 4. maintaining internal trainer pool and encourage a culture of sharing.5. Manage training execution, including learning path design, enrollment, tracking and completion.6. managing the on-line LMS to design & produce e-learning path, provide interactive and effective learning experiences

Qualifications for the role

\t8 years or above work experience in the field of learning and development\tEquip the abilities of training structure establish, learning program design and systematic management.\tBe creative thinking, be able to leverage new tools and techniques, design and implement innovative and effective training \tStrong learning agility and has passion on learning and development\tExcellent English language skill in both oral and writing \tAbility to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively\tBS degree in education\tlocation in Beijing, Xiamen or Shanghai
