The Red Hat Global Support Services (GSS) team is seeking a skilled Java expert to join us as a Senior Technical Support Engineer in South Korea. In this role, you will be part of a team of middleware engineers supporting Red Hat Application Services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality technical assistance, ensuring our valued customers maximize the benefits of Red Hat solutions, including Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (JBoss EAP), Red Hat Single Sign-On, and Red Hat OpenShift. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will leverage your expertise to investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, debug source code, and develop patches and enhancements. Your functional knowledge and industry experience will be essential in delivering top-tier support to our enterprise subscription customers.
