Senior Technical Service Manager is responsible for serving as a key contributor of the overall commercialization effort for the ASP portfolio in Japan. The position is responsible for the development operational processes & execution of programs which include managing the implementation of marketing strategies and product commercialization to support revenue development and annual growth targets, tailored to ASP product & technical support requirements in Japan.

• Drive service revenue while minimizing IBOW% 

• Responsible for managing Technical Service P&L

• Responsible for delivering on defined Technical Service KPIs

• Accountable develop and run organization & operation processes/systems which can provide installation & after sales services to customers by managing internal Technical Service Team & collaborating with external service vendors

• Accountable for the performance and service level of external service vendors

• Drive resource and workload optimization through careful planning and assignment for external service vendors

• Lead to improve field service qualities and contributes to improve products qualities by ensuring accurate data capturing in OneASP

• Oversee spare parts inventory for Technical Service through collaboration with APAC Technical Service Team and Spare Part Planner

• Oversee test tools calibration and management for Technical Service

• Learn and drive to adapt best practice from other regions and export local knowledge to other regions

• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level

• Planning annual plans for business performance and forecasting and promoting service sales progress

• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level

• Responsible for Japan manufacturing team to achieve set KPIs

• Drive FBS adoption across Technical Service team

• Performs other duties assigned as needed
