About the role & team

We are searching for a talented and detail-oriented SEO expert with experience working on international websites and a knack for technical SEO. You’ll report directly to an SEO leader and work with passionate SEO experts across the globe. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely, but requires some time spent collaborating in-person at our Prague headquarters or Brno office.  

Mission and Goals 

In this role, you will research, identify, plan, and work with a team of developers to execute technical and on-page SEO tactics that can scale, to improve the crawlability, indexing, and organic rankings of multiple global brands. Working cross-functionally and ongoing monitoring of KPIs, as well as ability to provide meaningful analysis, will be instrumental to the success of this role.
 

 

Objectives:

 

Execute tech SEO analysis and reporting for enterprise-level global websites and brands to help guide prioritization and resource allocation. 

Continually improve the technical health of web properties and advise on major site changes to enhance organic search performance and mitigate risk. 

Use tools of the trade to provide recommendations for technical SEO, including robots.txt rules, XML sitemaps, HREFlang tags, canonical tags, meta directives, and more. 

Boost international SEO performance by ensuring correct geo-targeting and best practices to improve performance in key markets. 

Prioritize and define acceptance criteria across multiple initiatives. 

Monitor and analyze organic traffic, rankings, and website performance metrics; respond rapidly to issues and opportunities; report regularly to team, Management, and other stakeholders across the organization. 

Ensure we capitalize on important changes in search, including core web vitals, mobile-first indexing, voice/cross-device search, new SERP features, AIO, etc. 

Optimize crawl rate and reduce index bloat for our portfolio of domains. 

Be an SEO evangelist to cross-functional teams, and build SEO into cross-departmental processes. 

Work closely with SEO team members and content managers to align roadmaps with data-driven insights.  

Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in SEO, analytics tools, and algorithms to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.  

Stay on top of AI developments that may impact SEO ensuring our sites are continually optimized for visibility in leading generative AI platforms, both on and off Google. 

 

 

Competencies: 

Technical SEO & Data Analysis – Expertise in SEO best practices, website data, and analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and Tableau/Power BI.

Data Manipulation & Visualization – Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and present data using Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools. Experience with Content King, Screaming Frog, and Jira is a plus.

Project & Stakeholder Management – Proven ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones, and meet deadlines efficiently.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Independent thinker with a proactive approach, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex challenges.

Communication & Collaboration – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration and clear presentation of insights.
