We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) – Hardware Technology Engineering to join the CO+I Systems Technology team. This role focuses on enabling innovation across two areas:

Advanced cooling and power or Carbon reduction technologies for AI cloud infrastructure across both hardware and datacenter environments. You will lead the integration of cutting-edge technologies, scale new innovations, and drive the planning and reliability roadmap to enhance future datacenters' efficiency and sustainability. 

In this pivotal role, you will be the project management lead and partner with a technical subject matter expert to innovative on liquid cooling and power & carbon footprint reduction projects. This is a hands-on role, with work at lab facilities in the Redmond, WA area and traveling to data centers/vendor facilities on occasion. You will gain valuable skills in advanced technology evaluation, planning, and execution, while collaborating with other TPMs and technologists to solve complex challenges.
