Key job responsibilities
The right candidate should possess a strong program management background, have experience leading large and complex cross-Org. projects, build trust with stakeholders, and be familiar with the Graphics domain/technology stack.
As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, your responsibilities will include writing specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, managing the production launch for a product/feature, partnering closely with engineering teams to influence technical solutions, and using metrics to provide status along the way. You will lead and coordinate design and implementation efforts, coordinating across multiple teams to develop optimal solutions. You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, destroy limits to scale, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives while rolling up your sleeves to get the job done. This role will require high judgement on how we can deliver for customers in both the short- and long-term.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will:
Work with key stakeholders in product management and executive teams to define strategy and requirements.
Use your leadership abilities to drive cross functional development on technical solutions from design through delivery.
Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks and change control.
About the team
The Device OS Health TPM team is a big part of creating the innovative devices at Lab126. The Device OS team is responsible for the board bring up, low level software, operating system, core framework feature development, and end-to-end system functions, such as Power/Performance/Stability, that bring the devices to life. The Health TPM team supports the entire device portfolio and plays an integral role in raising the bar for new and exciting products our customers will love.
