We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product strategy and technical execution, ensuring our solutions meet both market demands and high-quality standards. You will own the product backlog, collaborate closely with engineering teams, and drive the development of scalable, high-performance software products, focusing on our product, NeoLoad.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Be comfortable interpreting and leveraging data to make prioritization decisions and tradeoffs.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
Work closely with engineering managers and technical architects to design solutions that are scalable, secure, and performant.
Act as a subject matter expert for your product area, understanding user needs and addressing customer escalations effectively.
Oversee release planning and coordination, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement AI-driven product features
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant industry experience from a related field.
5+ years in product management roles with a focus on enterprise software; experience with SaaS products is a plus.
Strong understanding of software development processes, high-level architecture.
Experience with performance/scalability would be a great plus.
Ability to partner with Engineering to balance the strategic needs of the business with technical initiatives to maintain product health.
Proven experience working in agile environments, leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
