Position Overview:
We’re looking for dynamic, innovative, forward thinking Tech Lead with digital web and mobile experience to code up modern "end to end" digital customer experiences and services to empower seamless consumer self-services via modern eCommerce experiences, based out of our Norwalk office. The ideal candidate will work within a dynamic forward thinking Agile Scrum team collaborating daily with digital product, marketing, business and technical teammates
This role requires expertise in full-stack development, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage technical resources leveraging Agile methods assigned to scrum team. Candidate can work with dynamic use cases and features via fast-paced, agile development schedules. Candidate will collaborate closely with Product teams and fellow developers, project leads, stakeholders, and vendor partners to design, implement, test, and deploy software solutions that meet business requirements.
The Senior Tech Lead will oversee and guide technical deliverables throughout the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring the quality and accuracy of technical designs, builds, and implementations. You will provide technical consulting, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to key architectural decisions while maintaining a focus on delivering scalable, high-performance digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
Full-Stack Development & Leadership: Lead and participate in the development of digital applications through all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, debugging, testing, and deployment. Technical Consulting & Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Collaborate with project teams to design and document automation solutions that align with business needs and the overall architectural vision. Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions with a focus on both front-end (React, Angular, etc.) and back-end (C#, ASP.NET, Node.js, etc.) technologies. Contribute to high-level system architecture and design decisions. Mentorship & Team Leadership: Mentor less experienced developers, guide best practices, and foster a collaborative, productive team environment. Provide leadership in technical discussions, code reviews, and group consensus-building. Code Quality & Delivery: Oversee and participate in code migration, code reviews, and the validation of estimates. Ensure high-quality technical designs and implementations are delivered on schedule. Root Cause Analysis & Problem-Solving: Lead production troubleshooting efforts, conduct root cause analysis, and work to resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime and impact on business operations. Agile & Continuous Improvement: Work within agile development teams, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Continuously identify areas for process improvement and take the lead on implementing solutions. Documentation & Reporting: Provide clear technical documentation and regular status reports to stakeholders. Ensure that all deliverables are thoroughly documented and meet the required standards.

Job Requirements:
BS Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred 10+ years of experience in software development, mobile and browser based applications, ecommerce fluent in systems analysis, programming, and technical design, with a focus on full-stack development. Technical Skills: Back-End: Proficient in C#, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, Web API/REST Services, .NET Framework. Front-End: Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Knowledge of CMS, Headless CMS, Sitecore or similar platforms as well as Digital Asset Management systems (DAM) Databases: Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and experience with database design, development, and optimization. Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Octopus, Git). Sitecore Experience: At least 3 years of experience developing on the Sitecore platform (Sitecore 9.2+ preferred). Version Control: Expertise with version control systems such as Git and tools like Jira for project management. 5+ years of experience leading teams, including mentoring developers and guiding them on best practices. Demonstrated ability to design solutions that meet business needs while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance. Familiarity with Agile practices and tools (Scrum, Jira) for efficient project execution. Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues across the application stack. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience working in an offshore/onshore collaborative environment. Prior experience supervising or leading development teams preferred but not required. Familiarity with modern UI frameworks such as Bootstrap and Foundation is a plus. Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD) is preferred. In-depth knowledge of Sitecore, including certification, is a plus. Understanding of software security best practices to ensure applications are secure and reliable. Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Github preferred. Familiarity with object-oriented programming, XML, JSON, AJAX, and JavaScript frameworks like JQuery.

Salary Range: $119,864.60 - $159,819.29
Annual Bonus Potential: 10%
