Job Title: Senior IT Business Analyst

Overview: We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to act as the bridge between our IT organization and business partners. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen and technical understanding to effectively translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions. This role requires strong project management skills, experience in requirements management, solution development, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

Project Liaison:

* Serve as the primary liaison between the IT organization and business partners.
* Possess a deep understanding of both business processes and technical capabilities to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements Management:

* Lead business and technical requirements gathering, analysis, prioritization, and documentation.
* Conduct business process modeling/mapping, testing, and implementation activities.

*

Solution Development:

* Collaborate with internal and external developers to build, integrate, or customize solutions to meet business requirements.
* Experience with cloud, SAAS, or custom solutions is essential.

*

Technical Translation:

* Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, functional specifications, system, and data mappings.
* Work closely with IT engineers to deliver technical solutions that align with business needs.

*

Stakeholder Communication:

* Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for various business functions.
* Develop expertise in supported business units and applications to provide efficient support and guidance.

*

Project Management:

* Manage projects, scope, milestones, meetings, deadlines, issue resolution, and communication with stakeholders.
* Flexibility to work weekends or off-hours for maintenance and production releases.

*

Vendor Management:

* Handle technical escalations and coordinate with vendors as necessary.
* Create Statements of Work (SOWs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs), and review proposals and statements of work.

Qualifications:

* Experience: Minimum 12 years in a technical BA role and 12+ years of enterprise IT experience.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in MIS/CIS, computer science, or related field.
* Certifications: Preferably CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) and PMP (Project Management Professional).
* Skills: Strong understanding of Agile programming, Business Analyst techniques, and tools. Familiarity with ITIL is desired.
* Portfolio: Demonstrated portfolio of relevant documents including business/functional requirements, technical specifications, test cases, UAT feedback, deployment plans, process analysis, timelines, RFPs, etc.
* Industry Experience: Experience in the franchise industry, particularly health/med spa type franchises, is highly desirable.

Additional Details:

* Hybrid.
* Familiarity with tools such as Great Plains, SSRS, Power BI dashboards, SharePoint, MS Office, MS Project Online is beneficial.Apply
