As **Technical Writer,** you will be responsible for both product and core technical documentations, playing role of both Individual Contributor (IC) as well as team player. You will have to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders that consists of multiple Product teams (BAs/POs), Distinguished Engineers, and QAs, in an Agile setting. You will be responsible for searching/researching the content (if not provided), drafting, proof-reading/reviewing, publishing, and maintaining the content. The role requires you to have hands-on technical experience and a can-do approach towards different technical and authoring tools and continuous improvement. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content. And hence experience in Web Testing is required. Technical knowledge to understand Database. Basic understanding of DB tools like SQL. Technical knowledge to understand basics of Architectural documentation, fundamentals of AWS/Azure/Oracle which will help in Cloud documentation. Good knowledge and experience in Authoring and Designing Tools. • Technical knowledge in API documentation is plus. **Preferred Qualifications** < >Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization. Firm understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC). Previous software development experience. Experience of developing visually appealing PowerPoint presentation. Experience using XML tools to create documentation.
