Senior Team Lead - Support Operations

**About the Role**
At Uber, we are looking for a senior team lead to support a new segment of B2B clients. You’ll own the strategy and execution to identify, validate, and scale the support operations. This is a high-impact role that requires 0 → 1 thinking, rapid experimentation, and the establishment of scalable support strategies for long-term success.

1. The Senior Team Lead will drive, scale, and enhance Support Operations by focusing on performance management, championing continuous improvements, and leveraging data analytics.
2. They will foster a collaborative environment, ensure goal alignment with team members, and meet targets through quick decision-making, adaptability, and independence.
3. Ultimately, they enable an outstanding customer experience by proactively solving problems, maintaining consistent performance, and spearheading innovative initiatives.

1. Excellent communication skills - Proficiency, Pronunciation, Active Listening.
2. Experience managing leads / larger teams and effective mentoring skills that encourage and drive agents to reach their goals
3. Passion for helping others and creating support experiences that exceed user expectations
4. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
5. A great people manager, coaching the team leads, while building a solid team culture

1. Previous experience in a customer-centric support environment
2. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
3. Basic stakeholder management skills
4. Work well in a team environment, contributing to a collaborative work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve support practices
5. High proficiency in data analysis and can quickly learn new tools
