Senior Team Lead - Content Creation

 

 

Role purpose:

 

To coordinate the implementation of the business plan determined by higher management levels and the realization of the operative program within the organizational unit, directing a team of independently working employees. To deliver the agreed service levels and meet the defined KPI's, team deliverables and timelines and Acts as SPOC to key stakeholders for inquiries and escalations.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Manage a mixed team of senior professionals/simple routine jobsTranslate strategic goals into relevant processes; makes sure that relevant processes and documentation are followed by setting controls and targets; in charge of stakeholder management and escalation pointOrganize workflow of the team in well described environment, where delivery is done through easy-to-learn repetitive tasksManage performance of team, set targets, evaluate resultsFoster collaboration in the team and among teams in bigger processesAct as methodology leader for own process/ team or comparable teamsManage one homogenous team up to 15 employeesPlan and organize team-building activities for community building purposes

 

What you’ll bring to the team:

 

Experience with content creation (design or copywriting) preferably in agency enviromentProject management skillsCommunication and leadership skillsManaging a changing environment Communicating for impactAbility to work across peer group in multiple teams/ locationsProven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
