Senior Talent Enablement Program Manager

What are we looking for?

If you are a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of recruitment processes and tools, then this role is for you! In this role, you will work closely with the Global Talent Operations team, Talent Acquisition team, People team, and other key stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our recruitment team. The Senior Talent Enablement Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing global programs and initiatives that enable our global recruiting team to hire the best talent for SentinelOne.

What will you do? Design, implement, and manage hiring enablement programs that support the recruitment team in achieving their hiring goals. This includes, but is not limited to, structured interviewing training programs, recruiter onboarding materials, and ongoing hiring excellence initiatives, all with diversity, equity and inclusion at the forefront. Develop and maintain high-quality enablement resources, including training materials, guides, and templates, to support recruiters and hiring managers. Facilitate training sessions with the global recruiting and hiring teams. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to track the success of recruiting enablement programs.  Analyze current recruitment processes and partner with the Talent Operations team to identify opportunities for improvement.  Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Provide training and support to ensure effective utilization of recruiting tools and technologies in partnership with Talent Operations team. Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.  Foster strong relationships across departments to support a cohesive talent acquisition strategy. Champion initiatives that enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive journey for all candidates. Ensure all recruiting activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep our recruiting efforts competitive and compliant. What skills or knowledge should you bring? 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, HR, or Learning and Development, with at least 2 years in a program management and/or enablement role Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Greenhouse preferred, and other recruitment technologies Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Experience in developing, delivering, and scaling training programs Strategic thinker with a proactive approach, detail-oriented, and a team player Why us?

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range$128,000—$176,000 USD
