Responsibilities:
Ensure employee and leadership development programs are organized and publicized, and recruit audience for participation in employee development programs
Ensure best practice facilitation - both formal and informal - for workshops and learning experiences for large and small groups including:
Deliver engaging, actionable training on for company orientation, leadership topics, soft skill topics and GTM topics (e.g. Sales, Marketing)
Effectively handle challenging classroom situations
Provide organizational context efficiently intertwined with course content
Lead sessions for a diverse group of audiences (e.g. Australia New joiners, India New joiners, Asia based Managers)
Ensure learners can be successful in practicing the skills both in the classroom and back on the job
Oversee tests and other evaluations for internal and external employees
Oversee coordination and performance of administrative functions necessary to deliver and document learning and development programs including methods to track progress of participants and program scheduling
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
Five years of professional experience in a fast paced environment with deep experience on oral communication and large group communication; Sales/Management Consulting/Corporate Training or equivalent professional experience
Excellent project management skills with strict adherence to deadlines
Ability to function in a high intensity and fast-paced environment
Passionate about employee skill development methods
Strong written and oral communication skills including presentation and facilitation skills
Experience leading and delivering soft skills training to various levels of employees from individual contributor to company leadership
Self-motivated and results driven work style with ability to communicate and influence
