About the role 

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Demonstrated record of measurable success in a fast paced, high volume environment. Experience with targeting and recruiting top notch Oracle professionals. Ability to target candidates and recruit individuals at all levels. Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic recruiting programs. 3 years recruiting experience in a high technology or agency environment, fluent English and can do attitude. 

What you'll do

Maintain strong and effective partnership with local R&D stakeholders.  Develop innovative sourcing strategies, meet hiring goals, and provide exceptional candidate experience. Proficiency in sourcing techniques to include: advaced executive search, networking, local community contacts, research, database management etc. Screening, interviewing Work with hiring managers to ensure they have sufficient support and clear understanding of the interview process. Recruit appropriate caliber of skilled candidates for open positions. Represent our company in a professional manner. Generate pipeline and candidate flow through candidate searches on job boards, networking sites, search engines and other sources
