Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do in This Role:

Lead full life-cycle recruitment process for Mexico OperationsCollaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers to: analyze data, review competitor analysis, market trends, recruitment strategy, etc.Operate as a trusted partner and advisor, building a detailed understanding of the various role requirements and desired candidate profileCreate and implement active and passive sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicantsLeverage technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage, and attract candidatesEngage in active sourcing and recruiting for candidates using various search tools, processes, and strategyProactively source, screen, interview and select candidates for current and future business openingsConduct regular update meetings with hiring managers to provide requisition updates: status, candidate pipeline, feedback, etc.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or other related fieldMinimum 7 years recruiting, preferably in a technical or manufacturing organizationATS experience; Workday is strongly preferredExternal network of recruitment experts and resourcesExperience using social media to identify and attract candidates, strong proficiency with LinkedIn RecruiterExperience in a high-paced, matrixed environment and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to self-manage and complete work with little directionExperience handling confidential information with discretion
