Are you a recruitment whizz with a background in healthcare, ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding interim role? Publicis Groupe UK is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with expertise in healthcare recruitment to drive our talent acquisition efforts for the next 12 months.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll dive into a 360 recruitment role, concentrating on finding top healthcare communications talent for our 3 agencies; Langland, Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness and Digitas Health. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading end-to-end recruitment, from taking the initial brief to offer stageExecuting tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare sectorServing as a brand ambassador and recruitment expert, effectively showcasing the agencies' core capabilities and valuesCollaborating closely with senior leaders to align recruitment strategies with healthcare business objectives and providing guidance on recruitment mattersUtilising recruitment tools and platforms to aid headhunting effortsPartnering with colleagues across Finance, Operations, Resourcing and Talent Management 

Qualifications

We are seeking a talented senior recruiter with a background in healthcare recruitment. You should demonstrate personality and professionalism in equal measure, and take pride in what you do.

Essentials:

Experience in a 360 recruitment role with a focus on direct hiringAn in-depth understanding of healthcare communications (Advertising/PR/Medical Education) and experience recruiting in this fieldStrong stakeholder management skills, capable of building relationships at all levelsEntrepreneurial mindset, always seeking new opportunities to enhance our recruitment processesExcellent communication and negotiation skills
