We're on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Senior Expert who thrives in the dynamic, ever-evolving world of manufacturing. This role is all about driving our talent strategy and partnering with senior leadership to build the workforce of tomorrow. In this role you are a member of an amazing TA CEE community of 30+ people strong, a great team that daily supports manufacturing, commercial and business services functions at Mondelez International.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Own the TA strategy for manufacturing in Bulgaria, with potential to expand further, driving end-to-end recruitment and employer branding with precision and flair.
+ Act as Barrier Breaker. Leverage deep market knowledge and expertise in sourcing channels, industry networks, and competitive landscapes to attract top talent.
+ Partner with local, regional, and global experts to design the perfect sourcing and candidate engagement roadmap, highlighting manufacturing's technological advancements and showcasing rewarding career opportunities at Mondelez International.
+ Proactively and reactively source top talent, managing the recruitment process from kick-off to offer acceptance.
+ Collaborate with HR and Business leaders to define requirements and streamline the identification, selection, and securing of the best talent.
+ Manage candidate relationships, build talent pools for future needs, and provide high-touch support during key recruitment moments.
+ Focus on operational efficiency and satisfaction for candidates and hiring managers, continuously improving the process.
Requirements:
+ University Degree (BA/MA).
+ Minimum 10 years in the manufacturing industry, focusing on roles that span people and business functions (recruitment, employer branding, HR) or any manufacturing role with talent sourcing and resource centered project experience. Prior experience at the manager level in HR/recruitment agency or as a senior consultant in executive search is advantageous.
+ In-depth knowledge of the Bulgarian manufacturing market, sourcing channels, industry networks, and competitive landscapes.
+ Skills: Proficient in MS Office/Excel; experience with Workday is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to manage key relationships with senior and passionate stakeholders.
+ Mindset: Results-driven, customer service-oriented, and adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Adaptability: Thrive in a constantly changing environment, navigate ambiguity swiftly, and proactively develop new skills and knowledge.
