**Required Skills:** + **Automation Tools:** Expertise in automation tools such as Ansible and PowerShell. Ability to create automated deployment scripts and processes. + **Security Standards:** Knowledge of NIST, STIGs, RMF, or other relevant security frameworks. Experience implementing and maintaining secure systems is preferred. + **Prototyping and Testing:** Hands-on experience with system prototyping and testing automation. Ability to conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions. + **Documentation Skills:** Excellent technical writing skills for creating comprehensive documentation. Ability to produce clear and concise configuration, operation, and maintenance guides. **Desired Experience:** + Previous experience in a similar role within the DoD or defense contracting industry. + Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from concept to deployment. **Desired Qualities:** + Effective communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong organizational and time management abilities. + Attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively. **Qualifications:** + **Education:** Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree. + **Security Clearance:** Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one. + **DoD 8570 Certification:** IAT Level II or higher (Security+ CE, CISSP, CASP, or equivalent).
