Systems Analyst, business analysis, UML based design for web applications, data flow, use cases.
Position Description:
The selected candidate will provide support to the Social Security Administration in the areas of analysis and technical documentation of various applications under the direction of Lockheed Martin management. She/he will frequently apply her/his prior extensive experience in systems analysis, business analysis, UML based design for web applications. The selected candidate will be held accountable for major projects and will develop detailed and robust functional requirements, gather information from stakeholders and end users and create related documentation including meeting minutes and status reports.
Required Skills:
-Proficient in defining system documentation requirements based on input from technical or business personnel.
-Business Process Modeling experience to visualize, document, model and analyze business processes.
-Experience eliciting requirements that lead to identification of business rules.
-Proven ability to document and progressively elaborate requirements using use cases; to develop general user requirements, detailed functional requirements and system specifications.
-Solid OOD/OOP foundation with experience in UML diagramming and business documentation.
-Knowledge of creating and maintaining Data Flow Diagrams and developing Use Cases
-Ability to investigate/research issues, determines impact, and provide solutions.
-Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level and to distill complex technical and management data to a laypersons understanding with conciseness, clarity, and accuracy.
- Ability to organize complex concepts in written or presentation formats.
-Ability to clearly present information, verbally and in writing, to audiences of diverse technical backgrounds. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, innovative and creative.

Must have at least a BS or MS with 11+ years experience in Computer Science
