Senior Systems Administrator

If you are an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Eden Prairie, MN location, you will support the ECAD (Electronic Computer-Aided Design) application which is a vital application used to design and manufacture Emerson products. You will be designing, programming, testing, implementing, and maintaining client/server, and web-based applications.
 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Act as first line support for Cadence ECAD application issues Be responsible for Cadence ECAD user accounts and licenses Utilize your experience with basic scripting and/or programming to perform software server and client installs and upgrades Author and maintain system and user documentation Conduct and/or assist with user training  Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree  Five (5) years of related experience Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future  Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science/ Information Technology ECAD application support- preferably with Cadence System Capture, Pulse Database, and Allegro PCB Layout Windows based application support Experience with ECAD and / or MCAD tools- Cadence and Creo preferred Experience with license management  Experience applying basic Project Management concepts Programming and scripting ability  Six (6) years of related experience  Our Offer To You:
