We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Architect to join our ITS team located in San Diego (Poway), CA.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:**
+ Architect and manage Software Software Applications, Tools and Techniques across the enterprise applications.
+ Partner with stakeholders in identifying technology challenges, facilitating, and supporting them in defining requirements of projects with respect to data integration.
+ Keep track of requests and fulfilment of the same.
+ Develop others through metrics-oriented goals and stretch opportunities/projects.
+ Build and maintain productive working relationships, lead by example and through coaching to foster individual and team growth and collaboration through innovation, diversity and inclusion. Contribute to the annual performance review process, and perform other architect duties such as interviewing, hiring, performance counseling/discipline, etc.
+ Extract, transform and integrate large and small datasets.
+ Work alongside Developers to develop data integration solutions.
+ Contribute to the plan and deliver continuous improvement through the application of best practices in combination with data/app integration technology and establish standards, processes, and policies for data integration solutions.
+ Interpret complex problems and make informed objective decisions, demonstrating the ability to re- engineer and streamline IT organization to keep pace with rapid growth and changing customer, government and marketplace demands.
+ Adapt and lead multiple specialty teams toward common business goals and future vision.
+ Interpret and administer policies, objectives, budgets, plans, procedures and manage project schedules and allocate and monitor resources.
+ Collaborate with other IT leaders & business stakeholders on Vendor Selection based off vendor's capacity/capability with respect to integration methodologies as part of their solution. Lead through group and organizational change management initiatives.
+ Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and influence change toward future strategic vision.
+ Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

**Job Qualifications:**
+ Typically requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or related field and fourteen or more year's progressive experience in designing information technology system architecture. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
+ 10+ years of hands-on, progressive experience in programming, SDLC, systems analysis, system integration, risk analysis and project management
+ 5+ years of progressive enterprise-wide integration technologies including future-focused planning and architecture experience.
+ People Management experience preferred.
+ Must be leading the team and provide inputs in the PAR process and participate in other team administration activities .Highly developed negotiation, facilitation and influencing skills.
+ Excellent communication skills to both technical and non- technical audience.
+ Experience with large and complex IT systems in an enterprise environment using various integration technologies.
+ Experience with project execution using Waterfall as well as agile methodologies, tools and measurement practices.
+ Strong financial acumen and understanding of IT budgets is preferred.
+ Ability to multi-task and operate with a strong sense of urgency.
+ Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and influence change toward future strategic vision.
+ Can-do attitude to problem solving, open-ness to evaluate and accept new ideas.
