Your role:

In this role, you will be part of the Compliance & Security Operations Team. You will be responsible for providing support for Compliance and Global Patching and Vulnerability Management operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operations.

 

You will work on Global Patch and Vulnerability Management process and operations for Windows\\VMware and Linux  infrastructure globally and a deep technical knowledge of Patching and Vulnerability Management Infrastructure systems is a plusIn-depth troubleshooting skills, experience with technical documentation and knowledge management, ability to apply analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect, analyze, and interpret large vulnerability data sets is a requirement You will have to create or participate in the creation and maintenance of documentation, such as Working instructions, Procedures and Knowledge Based articles.  You will represent the and  provide support for the Technical team in Global and Local Audits and ensure that closure of the audit findings on time. Represent the Technical Towers  in the Disaster Recovery Process Plans and Execution TestsCan act as a team lead (e.g. support shift, geography, etc.)In this role, experience with Windows/VMware and Linux, is a strong advantage and will further enhance your ability to excel in this role.

 

 

Who you are:

 

5 + Years prior experience in Windows and Vmware Microsoft Windows Server, VMware and Linux certification is a plusGood working knowledge of coding and scripting (ex: PowerShell scripting, Phyton, Ruby)Excellent knowledge of server administration, Patch Management & OS specific debugging tools,  Solarwinds Patch Management, Microsoft SCCM or othersGood understanding of server technologies such as Active Directory Services, WSUS, DNS and performance tools. Responsiveness and customer focusExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
