Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Development and Strategic Advisory Division within the Public Sector Advisory Team. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious, motivated individuals to work on a variety of strategic property projects across multiple sectors.

The role will involve providing strategic property advice to public bodies, working on major development projects, and offering service-related solutions. You will play a key role in driving growth and delivering results, collaborating across teams and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Support business development efforts and identify new opportunities.

Contribute to the preparation of tender documents, presentations, and negotiations.

Strengthen the firm’s profile by collaborating across business groups.

Contribute to fee income forecasting and manage the fee pipeline.

Ensure profitability through effective billing and cost management.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.

Identify and manage risks to meet audit requirements.

Provide coaching and mentoring for junior team members.

Lead and coordinate team efforts on client projects.

Participate in professional development activities and contribute to office culture.

Proven ability to handle complex client instructions.

Strong client relationship-building and networking skills.

Technical competence in relevant areas.

Knowledge of the real estate industry sector.

Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.

Qualifications:

Degree-level qualification.

MRICS qualification is preferred, or a willingness to work towards it.
