The Senior Support Engineer - IT Executive Support is responsible for the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing support of various platforms as well as other hardware, operating systems, software, and systems, providing consultation and direct technical Executive level support in problem management, integration, and systems programming. Implement releases, upgrades, and/or changes into the environment. Ensure platform performance and availability meet design criteria and objectives through monitoring, timely service restoration, and tuning. Duties will include system implementation, system maintenance/administration, and fix and diagnostics.
+ Perform root cause analysis to quickly recover from service interruptions, and to prevent recurring problems. Analyze, design, and document platforms/systems to meet enterprise requirements.
+ Consult with other business units (e.g. application groups, DBAs, middleware, etc.) to configure platforms for product installation and ongoing support.
+ Coordinate activities with internal/external technology owners/service providers. Understand technical/business requirements captured from the business units.
+ Ensure platforms/systems conform to established enterprise/industry standards (systems management, security, operating systems, etc.) and reference models. Monitor, lead, and tune platforms to ensure expected availability and performance levels are achieved.
+ Implement changes to platforms with minimal impact to the business by following enterprise standards and procedures.
+ Install, customize, maintain, test, and fix operating systems and other systems software and hardware for executive support.
**Qualifications**
**What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):**
+ Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field or 4 years of relevant work experience
+ 3+ years of IT troubleshooting experience
+ Strong discernment and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
+ A dedication to providing outstanding customer service and a positive user experience.
+ Proficient in conveying information clearly and maintaining a professional image.
+ Technical experience with Windows 10 or 11.
+ Knowledge of Apple Software (iOS iPhone/iPad).
+ Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
+ Audio/Video content management experience.
+ Knowledge and experience with LAN and WI-FI set up/troubleshooting.
**What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):**
+ CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional certifications.
+ Previous experience with executive level IT support.
The base pay range for this role is $87,780.00 to $119,680.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
