As an Engineering Labs Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of Technicians who build and operate labs that simulate the environments our products will face in everyday use. **What You Will Do** + Manage a team of 15-25 unionized hourly Lab Technicians + Interface between our Engineering customers and Laboratory Engineering staff + Determine work schedule, job assignment, allocations of manpower and equipment based on program priority + Clearly and effectively communicate vision, direction, goals, and expectations + Establish standards and expectations for work efforts and performance of direct reports + Effectively motivate, coach, discipline, and reward associates; manage and resolve conflict + Take a lead role in driving performance metrics: Delivery, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Financial, and EH&S + Perform administrative function associates with Hourly Bargaining Unit employees, including timekeeping, overtime, training, and performance feedback + Model and promote Environmental Health & Safety policies and goals. The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
