Complete Description:
The Turnpike Commission (TPC) requires Project Management support services of an experienced business and technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist the PTC with prioritizing capital projects that include application development, hardware and software implementations, SAP module upgrades.
PTC is seeking a resource with strong project management and business analysis experience. Support is needed in developing project plans and timelines, developing business requirements, scoping of projects, creating templates and other tools related to project management and business analysis to help establish the fundamentals needed for a Project Management Office and Business Analysis Center of Excellence. Experience with facilitation and coordination of projects across multiple project teams. Providing advisory and consulting services on prioritizing projects using portfolio and project management methodologies.
