Position Summary: OTG is enacting a long-term value creation plan in collaboration with its private Investor Consortium, led by funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, Duration Capital Partners, Centerbridge Partners, Sculptor Capital, CPPIB Credit and Oak Hill Advisors. The OTG Senior Strategy Associate, will work directly with the OTG Executive Committee, including the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Strategy Officer, as well as the Board and Investor Consortium to deliver on our most important strategic initiatives. Key projects include, but are not limited to, creating enhancements to reporting on key financial metrics, driving value-creation initiatives across the existing OTG portfolio and developing relationships with key external stakeholders and counterparties to create alignment of interests. Compensation: $130-$170k + Bonus Eligibility Responsibilities: + Design, produce and deliver monthly + quarterly Board presentations. Presentations must be high-quality, visually compelling that effectively communicate complex strategic ideas and business insights. + Ensure presentations are structured in a way that clearly supports decision-making and action items at the board level. + Conduct in-depth market and trend research, synthesizing findings into clear and insightful documents that support and inform executive decisions. + Facilitate and convene cross-functional teams, using all modes of communication, to gather insights and enhance organizational perspectives. + Track performance against pragmatic solutions and action plans. + Enhance Request for Proposal packages delivered to counterparties in new business opportunities. + Conduct deep dive reviews of OTG business processes to unlock value-creation opportunities. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in business, MBA is a plus. + 2-4 years of total experience in management/strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, corporate strategy, or other related roles. + Outstanding ability to lead multiple workstreams, analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (verbal and written), and work well in cross-functional teams. + Advanced skills to produce board materials and data visualizations (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides , Tableau) as well as graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). + Excellent project management skills with experience driving strategic initiatives and delivering results. + Strategic planner with the ability to plan and execute upon a defined task or strategy. + Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to synthesize and convey complex business concepts effectively.
