The Senior Strategy Analyst will report directly to the Sr Director of Strategy & Growth working closely with the various stakeholders and senior leaders.  The primary responsibility of this role is to lead critical activities related to strategy and growth including operations reporting, footprint expansion, and process optimization.  Operations reporting includes pipeline management and forecasting, sales compensation, marketing reporting and the monthly operations reporting deck for our PE partners, AEA Investors.  This person will also collaborate with company leaders and management to improve and create various processes that may include development and management of a database and reporting using SQL and PowerBI, supporting new market openings, operating metrics reporting and providing guidance for operations-based growth and efficiency initiatives. 
Window Nation is a rapidly growing organization and is currently located in business markets across the NorthEast, MidAtlantic, MidWest, SouthWest, and West regions.  The company plans on doubling in size within the next five years.  This position will be integral in the development and implementation of maximizing our operations capacity and optimizing processes that are scalable and sustainable as the company gains more complexity. Core Role Responsibilities Assist the Sr Director of Strategy & Growth in managing and improving the company’s operating reporting functions which include pipeline management, establishing efficient processes relating to commission and incentive compensation management, marketing and operations reporting. Partner with other cross-functional leaders to develop and support strategic plans and initiatives to support the continued growth trajectory and improve efficiency and scalability.Enhance analytical tools, such as models, reports, and dashboards, utilizing them to monitor performance and drive ongoing execution.Develop new analytical models, reporting, analyses, and strategies to drive decisions and growth.Design, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operational changes, leveraging findings to make recommendations and influence key business decisions.Identifying improvement opportunities and conducting deep dive analyses to drive innovation.Lead the pipeline management reporting and analysis.  Including variance and vendor mix analysis by market, stage and product category performance.Lead preparation of the monthly reporting packages including analysis of current actual performance to prior period performance to budget for internal management reporting and external reporting.Identify significant trends and areas for management attention, indicators of business activity and other analysis and reporting to support management.  Ad hoc analyses and projects to supporting special initiatives.Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related business field. 4+ years’ experience in operations finance or heavily metric driven operations management position Preferred QualificationsProven strategic planning experience at the management level.Advanced Excel skills including PowerPivot, macros, and advanced formulas. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Access, SQl, PowerBI. CRM tools.Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills. Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and presentation skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.
