How will you make an impact?In this role, you'll drive customer success, product adoption, and value realization, leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. You'll influence product development by representing customer needs and contribute to revenue growth through successful engagements. Ultimately, you'll become a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve their application security goals.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the deployment and adoption of Checkmarx products, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes.Deeply understand and formalize customer requests, needs, requirements, and escalations, acting as the voice of the customer internally.Collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, Technical Support, and Professional Services to represent customer challenges and drive swift resolution.Maintain a strong knowledge base across all Checkmarx products and services.Proactively introduce and demo new products and features to customers.Collaborate closely with customers on AppSec program implementations, leveraging Checkmarx services to align with their business objectives.Serve as a trusted advisor and customer champion, building strong, long-term partnerships.Proactively lead customer engagements through regular interactions and workshops.Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal reporting and documentation.
