**Description**
The Training Specialist will be responsible for creating and delivering training on ARDx complaint management IT solution, Complaint Handling processes and tools and other knowledge areas, as required, to ARDx personnel engaged in the complaint handling process.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
+ Establish and implement rollout strategy/training in support of IT system modifications
+ Collaborate with global/site complaint management and IT project management to establish system user requirements
+ Assist in the implementation and rollout (procedure development/training) of global complaint management business processes
+ Design, develop and deliver training programs (e.g. e-learning, classroom) in support of the global business processes and IT solution
+ Ensure adequate controls are in place for the storage/maintenance of training material and records
+ Identify individual and group training needs across the ARDx network.
+ Monitor effectiveness of training on an ongoing basis and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
+ Reviewing continuously opportunities to streamline processes and implement changes that will drive efficiencies and improve our quality compliance and customer’s experience.
+ Ownership of internal and external audit actions to ensure the effective closure of corrective actions.
+ Perform all job duties in accordance with relevant policies: Abbott policies & regulatory compliance Partner with the QA/RA function to ensure adherence to the Quality Management System is at the core of all activities and meeting both ISO13485 and FDA 820 requirements on complaint management.
+ Demonstrates commitment to the development, implementation and effectiveness of Alere Quality Management System per ISO, FDA, and other regulatory agencies.
+ Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices.
+ Understands and is aware of the quality consequences which may occur from the improper performance of their specific job. Has awareness of device defects that may occur in their area of responsibility, including product design, verification and validation, manufacturing and testing activities.
+ Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
**Requirements**
+ Third level qualification in medical/science/engineering discipline
+ Training experience within the medical device industry and/or a clinical setting
+ Demonstrated success in managing training deployment using Multimodal Learning Strategies
+ Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and good business judgment.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to achieve results through influencing others and maintaining strong links with other departments.
+ Self-starter who possesses flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations with shifting priorities.
+ Effective communicator, both articulate & verbally presentable. Communicate technical knowledge to colleagues as necessary.
+ Strong record of developing and implementing procedures within a compliance framework.
