As a Senior Specialist Insights and Analysis within the Postpaid Customer Value Management (CVM) Team, your role will require you to work closely with CVM commercial managers to assist with executing and analysing direct marketing campaigns, as well as to identify and present insights.
Your responsibilities will include:Advanced analytics in collaboration with CVM Experts, cross-functional and external teams to deliver predictive model driven customer insights and sales opportunities Time series analysis and forecasting of customer, product and direct marketing campaign performance for target setting and tracking purposesDesign interim reports before they are productionalized in an enterprise reporting platform, to measure product and campaign performance, model accuracy and business impactMonthly product performance and impact measurement of the CVM team’s activitiesCollaborate with the applied machine learning team to incorporate machine learning outputs, into base marketing products and marketing campaigns to deliver more impactful commercial initiatives.Leverage existing relationships and forums to work closely with Data Scientists in Big Data Teams to deliver models that will generate new or enhance existing offers, propositions and recommendations.Periodic script and code reviewsLead, mentor Specialists: Analytics to grow their skillsets and data understandingBuild and deliver commission and commercial modelsThe ideal candidate for this role will have:
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Matric essential and A relevant 3 year degree or 3 year relevant national diploma preferably in BSc, BCom, Engineering, Stats, etc Minimum of 5-8 years relevant working experience
