Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Senior Specialist Comm Writer for their Detroit, MI/Hybrid location. Responsibilities: + Supporting new product/solutions launches + Voice of the customer and call drivers + Areas of clutter and jargon that create member experience confusion. Requirements: + Excellent language, terms, and definitions skills related to technical writing skills + Digital web editing and copy writing related to information hierarchies, navigation and user interactions + Business and communications consulting and facilitation across multiple business silos + Minimum of 5 years’ experience + Mastery of MS Office + Experience with SharePoint programming + Experience with Grammarly and similar writing/editing tools + Consulting and facilitation skills, ability to work across business silos + Experience in conducting user research (e.g., usability, card sorting, member panel testing) + Knowledge and experience in health care and health insurance. + Knowledge and experience in communications provide personal guidance, explanations of process and workflows, empathic writing of denial letters. + Attention to detail, ability to work independently, track files, project, and progress reporting + Masters in Information Design, Communications, or related.
