IFF is a global leader in food, beverage, health, biosciences and sensorial experiences. We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with expertise in VBA Macros to join our team and support our day-to-day business operations through automation and tool development.


Your Focus:

As a Senior Specialist based in IFF Hyderabad, your key responsibilities include Develop and maintain Python scripts, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

The role reports to CI Leader.

How will you contribute:

Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate Excel tasks and processes.Create and optimize VBA Macros to enhance Excel functionality.Design, develop, and implement tools to support various business functions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and tool development.Continuously improve existing processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Document code, processes, and tools for future reference and training purposes.Working closely in a business environment, understanding business processes and requirements.

What will you need t be successful:

Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3+ years of experience in Python and VBA Macros.Experience in other programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL, or R.Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.Knowledge of version control systems like Git.Working experience in data analysis libraries using Pandas, NumPy, etc.,Knowledge of machine learning frameworks TensorFlow, PyTorchExperience in containerization tools Docker etcProven experience in developing and optimizing VBA Macros.Strong understanding of Excel automation techniques.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
