Effectively focusing on the delivering of the Global HR Operations Strategy in conjunction with the EHOD: HR Services Vodacom Group. An integral part of the Group HR Services Leadership Team driving the Strategy across the African markets, partnering with the CSO Organization in executing the Global HR Operations agenda. Focus areas are HR Operations Channel Strategy, Process Transformation, delivery of Global HR Operations Projects, driving Exceptional Employee Experience, delivery of Digital Excellence, fostering collaboration, driving growth, and enhancing overall Employee Experience across the organisation with a strong focus on Customers, Simplicity, and Growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Involved in the delivery of the Global HR Operations & Vodacom Group HR Operations Strategy
Co-defining the transformation of the HR Operations function to be fit-for-future and support the business with a strong focus on Customers, Simplicity, and Growth Partnering with the CSO Organization fostering collaboration, driving growth, and enhancing overall performance across the HR Operations teams in the Africa Footprint (all Markets)Drive synergy, optimization, and efficiency across the African marketsDrive minimum standards to accelerate the delivery of Brilliant Basics in HR Services across Vodacom Group
2. Process Transformation
3. Involved in the delivery of the Global HR Operations Channel Strategy
4. Delivery of Global HR Operations Projects
5. Exceptional Employee Experience
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
Must have a 3-year degree /diploma or equivalent (HR)5-8 years of experience in HR Operations (HR) at a senior level requiredGood business acumen.
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
HR professional with credibility in HR Transformation and organisation design.
