We are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist (f/m/d) to manage the transition of the Merchant Operations Department to increase efficiency in the operational processing. As our Senior Specialist, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that the transition is delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving all processes and workflows.
Which role will you play:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless transitionEnsure that all related tasks are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDeveloping transition scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in schedule and costsMeasure performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersWho we are looking for this role:
