Senior Specialist, Product Operations
Overview
Mastercard Cross-Border Services helps banks, digital partners and non-bank financial institutions modernize their cross-border payment to provide senders (entities and individuals) with faster, more transparent, and more secure payments through multiple channels and payout methods. Cross-Border Services specializes in payments for any purpose: business to business (B2B), P2P, P2B, B2P/B2C, G2P payments and a variety of payout options including bank accounts, mobile money accounts, consumer cards, and retail cash pick-up.

Role
•\tCoordinate with different MA functions to solve problems and deliver solutions related to Network
•\tDocumentation of RSP functional specifications, which includes data field mapping, response code mapping, end-point guides, etc.
•\tConfiguration of Mandatory field requirements
•\tImplementation of routing rules
•\tSetting RSP configurations
•\tTroubleshooting distribution issues
•\tUAT / Story acceptance
•\tStrong knowledge on Payments via different channels including APIs and File processing.
•\tWork closely with other members of Product Management-Technical team and share the knowledge base through trainings and clear documentation.
•\tParticipate to Cross-Border Services operational reviews, and address issues and improvements with Technology and Payment Operations.
•\tAssist with Platform training to be provided to larger Product community
All About You
•\tStrong Analytical/Problem solving skills
•\tAutonomous and must be able to work independently in a very fast paced environment
•\tStrong experience in decision making based on data sets and must participate towards process improvements
•\tMust possess strong communication skills (oral and written). Demonstrate experience in challenging the product and technical communities when appropriate to build proper solutioning
•\tExperience building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, partnering with, and influencing teams while maintaining the respect for the individuals
•\tDemonstrate leadership in taking accountability, acting with a sense of urgency, and delivering plans with passion, ambition, and aptitude
•\tMust exhibit good adaptability and motivation
•\t4-8 years’ experience in the payments space.
