KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

主要职责:

Identify, assess and develop new suppliers in Best Cost Country locations for key strategic categories (electronics, metals, plastics, textiles etc.) supporting Stryker’s Global manufacturing network.Lead and implement insourcing opportunities across China manufacturing sites, delivering savings, supply chain efficiencies and speed to market.Manage sourcing teams at China locations for 3 manufacturing sitesIdentify and ensure delivery of cost saving initiatives meeting and exceeding annual PPV targetsDevelop and optimize sourcing strategies to support new product introductionsManage and develop supply base by building strategic relationships supporting Stryker business across divisions and categories for Asia based suppliersOptimize procurement team structure to support both manufacturing operations and strategic initiatives equallyMember of plant leadership team representing plant sourcing and Global Procurement.  

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

管理职责:

Manage 2 sourcing teams at 2 China locations   managing budgets, KPIs, supplier performance.Create and monitor function KPIs focusing on continuous improvement of team and supplier performance.Lead and work with team to set annual performance goals and regular reviews, drive KPIs, supplier performance.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

经验要求：

> 10 years of sourcing/procurement experience, > 3 years at sourcing management role, leading diverse teamsMNC experience preferred, Med Tech a distinct advantage.Industry knowledge of key categories such as metals (stainless steel, titanium, components), plastics, textiles and others.Knowledge and skills in current technologies and applications, e.g. MS Office Suite, ERPsProven track record of leadership and team-building skills

EDUCATION

教育背景：

Bachelors or masters degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering or a related field required.
