Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pre-Sales Consultant specializing in CCH Tagetik, to join our dynamic team in Paris. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in statutory consolidation (preferably with SAP BFC) and a strong understanding of regulatory topics such as Carbon Accounting and CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive).

As a senior consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our pre-sales efforts, demonstrating the value of CCH Tagetik solutions to clients, and ensuring alignment with their financial and regulatory reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

    •    Pre-Sales Support:

    •    Partner with the sales team to understand client requirements and design tailored CCH Tagetik demonstrations.

    •    Conduct engaging product demonstrations showcasing the capabilities of CCH Tagetik, particularly in statutory consolidation and regulatory compliance.

    •    Respond to RFPs and RFIs with precise, high-quality content tailored to client needs.

    •    Technical and Functional Expertise:

    •    Leverage your strong expertise in statutory consolidation processes to address client challenges, ideally with hands-on experience in SAP BFC or similar solutions.

    •    Provide insights into regulatory compliance, with a focus on emerging topics such as Carbon Accounting and CSRD, demonstrating how CCH Tagetik supports these requirements.

    •    Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet both financial and sustainability reporting demands.

    •    Stakeholder Engagement:

    •    Build strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their pain points and aligning them with our solutions.

    •    Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on best practices for consolidation and regulatory reporting.

    •    Thought Leadership:

    •    Stay up-to-date on industry trends in financial and sustainability reporting, particularly around CSRD and Carbon Accounting.

    •    Provide feedback to product teams on evolving client needs and market demands.

Qualifications and Experience

    •    Educational Background:

    •    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

    •    Certifications in CCH Tagetik or SAP BFC are highly desirable.

    •    Professional Experience:

    •    Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in statutory consolidation, financial reporting, or related areas, with hands-on experience in CCH Tagetik and SAP BFC.

    •    Proven track record in pre-sales, consulting, or client-facing roles.

    •    Technical Skills:

    •    Deep understanding of statutory consolidation processes, financial reporting, and compliance.

    •    Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as CSRD, Carbon Reporting, and ESG-related reporting standards.

    •    Proficiency in financial consolidation tools and advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL or other technical capabilities is a plus.

    •    Soft Skills:

    •    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.

    •    Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

    •    Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
