Lead the global testing teams align with global standard and testing principle, apply the automation testing best practice to the team.Communicate with diff stakeholders on testing team plan/supply and reporting progress and riskCarry out detailed requirements analysis on sprint scope, test strategy selection and automation execution planGood sense of testing automation and catch up with hot automation skills, tools in IT testing marketSolid API/Performance/Load automation testing skills, and practical experience on UI and API automation testing experience to guide team working on the right way during Agile testingCoordinate with diff role stakeholders and drive for issues resolutionCooperate with global test team on automation design, task plan, status reportingForesee, Identify potential risks and monitor mitigation plan execution in project testingProvide consultant to test teams on process and work efficiency optimisationHold knowledge share activities and keep uplift test capability in test teams of whole CMB digital product lineResponsible for adherence to relevant organizational processe
