About the Role
This position involves complex research, design, and software development within a software functional area or product line. You will provide direct input to project plans, schedules, and methodology in the development of cross-functional software products. Responsibilities include software design across multiple systems, mentoring team members, and translating user/customer requests into solutions.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.Write and review detailed specifications for complex system components.Complete complex bug fixes.Work closely with development team members to understand product requirements and translate them into software designs.Implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders.Resolve complex technical issues as necessary.Train entry-level software engineers, ensuring they are knowledgeable in critical aspects of their roles.Stay updated with new technological developments.Design and work with complex data models.Mentor less-senior software developers on development methodologies and optimization techniques.Requirements
Min 5 years of experience and expertise in object-oriented development languages like .Net. C#, Dotnet coreExperience in front-end technologies such as Angular or React is advantageous.Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Strong proficiency with data manipulation language including optimization techniques.Strong understanding of normalized/dimensional data modeling principles.Strong knowledge of multiple data storage subsystems.Knowledge in AWS is an added advantage.Excellent organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills.Ability to prioritize and manage projects of various sizes and complexity.Good oral and written communication skills.Work in a Way that Works for you
